The orders are all created with in 10-15 working days from the date of payment, however, we do aim to produce them much faster and typically the are made within 5 days.

They are all posted next day deliver for UK residence (times may vary for orders abroad)

Sliders and flip-flops can differ from your standard shoe size slightly but please check our size guide here and if you are unsure measure your foot in cm and see what category you fall into.

When we send your sliders/flip-flops we input the email address that you provided when purchasing and you will be sent a tracking number once they have begun the delivery process.

You are not able to return any order due to the fact each pair is custom designed and made.
