Leadtimes

Please remember all products are made to order for you.

The target delivery date for orders starts when the order is ‘approved’ and payment by the customer has cleared. From the confirmation, LAXN will provide every effort possible to provide our products within the lead times specified:

• For orders of <10 pairs the standard lead time is 1 week.
• For order of <100 pairs the standard lead time is 2 weeks.
• For larger orders please contact us.
• Typically orders are delivered faster than these times. Please contact us if an order is urgent and we will do our best to help you out.

Delivery times can vary throughout the year, we will do our best to keep you informed if this is occurring.

Courier

Typically we use dpd to deliver our products. We believe their service is great and allows our customs options like specifying a drop-off time. The delivery service is generally next day after production is completed.

Costs

Costs start from £6.30 including VAT for single pairs. Bulk order discounts are available but you are also able to arrange collection from our studio in Bristol, UK. Collection must be pre-agreed.

Delivery prices are displayed on the cart during checkout based on your delivery address but before you pay.
